Eligibility: This program is open to individuals who are Ontario residents and are not employees or immediate family members of MTM General Contracting.
 

How to Participate: To participate, you must refer a friend to MTM General Contracting, and both you and your referred friend must meet the following conditions:
 

• The referred friend must complete the required action (e.g., make a purchase, sign up, etc.) within [7] days of the referral.
   
• Each referral counts as one entry, and you can refer multiple friends to increase your chances of earning rewards.
   

Reward Structure: You can earn up to $1000 cash  for each successful referral. The reward amount will depend on cost of project, project size and duration of project.
 

Prize Distribution: Rewards will be issued via cheque or cash depending on location in Ontario.
Limitations: There is a maximum reward of $1000 per person.
 

Referral Validation: All referrals will be subject to verification. In the case of fraudulent or suspicious activity, MTM General Contracting reserves the right to disqualify participants and cancel any earned rewards.
 

Taxes: Any applicable taxes on the rewards are the responsibility of the recipient.
 

Program Duration: The refer-a-friend program runs from April to July. Rewards will only be credited for successful referrals made during this period.
 

Publicity: By participating in this program, you agree to allow MTM General Contracting to use your name and/or likeness in promotional materials, including on social media, without additional compensation.
 

Modification or Termination: MTM General Contracting reserves the right to modify or terminate the refer-a-friend program at any time, without prior notice.
 

General Terms: MTM General Contracting is not responsible for lost or delayed referrals or rewards. By participating in this program, you agree to these terms and the decisions made by MTM General Contracting are final.
